The Magic of Milkweed

Bee friendly to others!  Did you know that milkweed not only helps our beloved pollenators the bumblebees, but also serves as a host to the endangered Monarch Butterfly?

Milkweed is easy to grow, and is not only a beautiful flower to have in your garden, but will also help our beloved bees and butterflies pollenate your other flowers and fruits,  Not only will you be helping yourself and your neighbors, but you will also be doing your part in saving our beloved Monarch Butterflies.

Best Time to Grow

When is the best time to grow your milkweed?  While Tropical milkweed will actually grow year-round, the best type of milkweed can be planted during springtime and will last all summer.

But any milkweed is better than one-- and if you have any questions, please feel free to email us and we will be happy to guide you through the process at absolutely no cost to you.

What Your Donations Do

We use all donations to help with education supplies for local youth, compliance purposes, and lobbying to increase the supply of Milkweed-- the home of Monarch Butterflies.   Our phamplets and 30 minute courses excite and educate children, motivating future generations to help continue the virtuous cycle of life in their neighborhood, and throughout the country.

What We Do

Daisy's Monarchs is a non-profit who will provide your school or youth group with the education from professional butterfly breeders and open their eyes to the cycle of life and the importance of the butterflies in the ecosystem of plants and animals.  Together, we can save the monarch butterflies.

So who is Daisy?

Daisy is our beautiful mascot pup.  A rescue dog and one of the most calm and wonderful dogs you will ever meet.  It was Daisy who pointed out to our founders the magic of butterflies, and therefore, the sustainability they offer to communities both in cities and our beautiful rural enviornments,

Thank you, Daisy, for all your love to so many people, pets, and butterflies!

Just a few bucks will help bring coloring books and milkweed seeds to a class of 30, and bring the joy of nature through buterflies to youth who increasingly find themselves living in a digital world.
